Bristol Dry Gin Mince Pie Edition is a Christmas gin that captures the taste of a warm mince pie. Made in small batches in Bristol, it starts with classic gin botanicals, adds fresh citrus and a whole spice rack of warming spices, then is cold-infused with dried fruit for rich, festive depth. Serve it warm with apple juice for a mulled-style drink, or long with tonic over ice.
